Highlights from the Women’s Political Leadership Academy in Warsaw

On May 25–26, 2025, Warsaw hosted the Women's Political Leadership Academy, a collaborative initiative by the Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES). This event aimed to empower Belarusian women aspiring to political leadership roles, providing them with essential tools and knowledge to navigate the political landscape.

The Academy gathered a diverse group of participants, including activists, community leaders, and aspiring politicians. Through workshops, discussions, and mentorship sessions, attendees explored topics such as effective communication, policy development, and strategies for political engagement. The program emphasized the importance of women's active participation in shaping democratic processes and policies.
