On June 15, 2023, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) with informational support of Press Club Belarus organized an online presentation of the latest edition of the quarterly report called the Belarus Change Tracker (BCT). This was the fifth edition of the report and the second one published in 2023.
15 июня 2023 года Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) при информационной поддержке Пресс-клуба Беларусь организовал онлайн-презентацию последнего издания ежеквартального отчета под названием Беларусский трекер перемен (БТП). Это было пятое издание отчета и второе, опубликованное в 2023 году.
На мероприятии выступили авторы глав БТП, которые обсудили значимые события в политической, экономической и социальной сферах Беларуси за последние 3 месяца. Среди докладчиков были:

Доминирование России в Беларуси приобретает ядерное измерение, а администрация Лукашенко становится двигателем культурной русификации.
Экономика адаптируется к шокам путем углубления интеграции с Россией, а старение населения и эмиграция все больше влияют на рынок труда.
На фоне антивоенного консенсуса рост доверия к власти прекратился. В тоже время режим усиливает репрессии и контроль в стране и на границах.
О проекте Belarus Change Tracker:
Беларусь переживает самый неспокойный период с момента обретения независимости. Война в Украине, до сих пор не разрешенный внутриполитический кризис 2020 года, постоянные массовые репрессии, беспрецедентные иностранные санкции и международная изоляция слились в "идеальный шторм" для страны.
Ситуация ставит перед исследователями множество новых задач, делая все более трудным выявление устойчивых и относительно долгосрочных тенденций сквозь туман контролируемого информационного потока.
Чтобы решить эту проблему и обеспечить качественный анализ белорусских событий, пять белорусских экспертов в сотрудничестве с Фондом им. Фридриха Эберта подготовили 5 ежеквартальных аналитических отчетов (февраль 2022 - май 2023).
